When will my order be delivered?
We offer a variety of different delivery options, so you can choose the one that suits you best. With our popular Royal Mail Special Delivery service, delivery of all packages is guaranteed by 1pm the next day, even on Saturdays. While this Special Delivery service can accommodate customers in a hurry, we also offer the Royal Mail 1-2 Working Days delivery service for those in less of a rush. Finally, we offer the Royal Mail 3-5 Working Days delivery service. With this, you can rest assured that your package will be on the doorstep in an absolute maximum of 5 working days.
Our 1-2 Days and 3-5 Days delivery services include delivery status SMS and emails, so you can track your parcel right to your door. All of our UK delivery options provide you with a tracking number. All orders placed over the weekend will be packed and dispatched first thing on Monday morning, or Tuesdays in the event of a bank holiday.
How Will My Parcel Be Packaged?
To ensure security and discretion, your order will arrive in plain, tamper-proof packaging. Sometimes we may place a return address on your parcel, which will be shown as Click Leaf Ltd. To make sure that everything is kept discreet, your credit or debit card statement will also show a charge to Click Leaf Ltd, and will not disclose any specific details of your purchase.
What if I miss the delivery?
You can use your order tracking number to keep up to date with where your parcel is and when it is likely to arrive. If you’re out when the courier calls, we will leave a card telling you that they tried to deliver. Simply call the contact number on the card to rearrange delivery. We will also call or contact you to rearrange a more suitable delivery time.
Where does Örtte deliver to?
Örtte delivers across the whole of the United Kingdom and to over 50 other nations worldwide. Delivery costs can vary, depending on which country you order from. Delivery time will also vary from country to country. All international deliveries should arrive in no more than 5-10 working days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a unique parcel tracking number in your transaction confirmation email. This tracking number can be used to monitor the status of your order, which you can check at any time. You can track your order at the bottom of this page – simply enter your unique order tracking number.
Do I need to sign for my package?
A signature is required upon delivery with the Royal Mail Special Delivery option. All UPS deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
What shall I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order is late, you can use your unique tracking number to find out why. Your courier may have already tried and failed to deliver your order. You can contact us and our customer care team will do all that they can to resolve any missed deliveries or similar issues.
Can I use different delivery and billing addresses?
You can always arrange for your order to be delivered to the most convenient address for you. Orders can be delivered to any address, so you can arrange for your parcel to arrive either at your work or home. Orders can even be delivered to the address of a friend’s house if necessary. Remember, we always package our deliveries plainly and discreetly with the contents concealed.
