Do you have a store that I can visit?

No, Örtte operates solely online. We carefully source our products and ingredients from all over the world, allowing us to offer you the finest quality products at extremely competitive prices. Having a physical shop would increase our costs dramatically, meaning that we wouldn’t be able to bring you the same level of superior quality at such competitive prices.

How can I contact customer services?

Customer care is extremely important to us. We understand that customers are the backbone of any business, and we always try to keep ours happy and satisfied. We have a friendly and specialised customer service team who are always on hand to answer your questions and queries. What Ingredients do you use?

All of our Örtte products are carefully formulated using only the finest natural and organic ingredients. We do not use any artificial preservatives, additives or unnatural chemical ingredients. We aim to provide you with therapeutic natural solutions that are truly beneficial for your mind and body. Our products will never contain hidden ingredients.

What is your Privacy Policy?

Here at Örtte, we are dedicated to customer privacy and security. Our online ordering system uses exclusive Verisign secure encryption technology, and we never store customer card information. We strictly adhere to the Data Protection Act and we will never sell your details to any third party- this we can guarantee.

Which delivery services do you use?

We only use the most trusted and efficient delivery services, to ensure that our customer’s orders are always delivered quickly and securely. The Royal Mail is the most recognisable trusted delivery service in the UK. Our Royal Mail Tracked service allows you to receive your order within 1-2 working days when ordered before 4pm on any working day.

When will my order arrive?

This depends on the preferred delivery option you choose. If ordering to the UK, you have 3 options. With our Royal Mail Special Delivery service, your order can be on the doorstep by the following afternoon. We also offer a Royal Mail Tracked delivery service, which can take up to 48 hours for delivery in the UK. Finally, we have a free UK delivery option. This can take up to 15 working days for delivery.

If you’re ordering a product for delivery outside the UK, you can choose from our UPS delivery service (3-5 working days) or Royal Mail International Delivery (5-10 working days). Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday in the case of a bank holiday).

How will my order be packaged?

To ensure complete discretion and privacy for our customers, we deliver our orders in plain and discreet packaging, with no mention of our website or your order details on the parcel. Also, your order details will not appear on any bank statement. Your purchase will only appear on statements as being charged to ‘Click Leaf Ltd.’

Do I need to be home to sign for it?

Yes. Royal Mail and UPS require a signature upon delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to another address if this is more convenient. We only ask you for a signature to make sure that your order has arrived safely and securely.

What if I am not at home when Royal Mail attempts to deliver my order?

Our Royal Mail Tracked Delivery service allows you to follow the status and progress of your order. Simply use the tracking code provided in your confirmation email. If, for whatever reason, you are unavailable to receive your order, Royal Mail will leave a calling card allowing you to rearrange delivery at a more convenient time. Alternatively, they will return the following day.

Are there any hidden costs when buying from Örtte?

Here at Örtte, we aim to make our customer’s payment as transparent, convenient and secure as possible. That’s why there are no hidden costs or add-on fees when you order online from us. You only need to pay for the item(s) that you have purchased and delivery costs – nothing more, nothing less.

Which Payment methods do you accept?

To ensure that our customers are able to order the way that suits them best, we have set up a number of different payment methods. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron and Solo card. You can also choose to pay by bank transfer, PayPal, or with a cheque/postal order. If you would to prefer to pay by cash, this can be done at any Pay Point.

If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, please make cheques/postal orders payable to Click Leaf Ltd. Please allow a few more days for delivery with this payment option. Place your order as normal, however please enter a fictitious card start and end date, enter your card number as ‘0000’ (four zeros) and then enter ‘Name on Card’ as ‘Cheque/Postal Order’ accordingly. Once you are sent an order confirmation, simply note the order number on the back of your cheque / postal order.

Why do you need my phone number?

Some sites use phone numbers to bombard customers with sales calls, spam and data collecting surveys. Don’t worry. We will never use your number for any of these purposes. We ask customers for their phone number so that they can be easily contacted regarding their order.

Are my personal details safe with you, or will I start receiving unsolicited email/post?

We can assure you that your details will never be used for unsolicited spam activities. We will never contact you or use personal details without your consent. Rest assured that we will never share any of your information with 3rd parties.

Can I use more than one card to place an order?

How will transactions appear on my Bank Statement?

To ensure discretion and confidentiality, the details of your order will not appear on any bank statement. Instead, the transaction will simply appear as payable to ‘Click Leaf Ltd’.
